While I appreciate that business values long standing employees, I feel management should be more attentive to how certain conduct reflects on the company. One of the staff members, an older lady with glasses who has been here for more than 11years, shows behavior and associations outside of work that raise concerns about professionalism and could affect the business's reputation. Most often when I visit the office to speak with her, she always seems very scatterbrained and all over the place, which does not come across as professional or organized. In addition, the front gate is often not open on weekends even though posted hours state it should be, which is frustrating. These things are worth reviewing to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and professional environment.

I can’t say enough good things about Ramona Self Storage! The staff are so helpful and genuinely care, the place is always spotless, and I feel completely safe leaving my belongings here. Moving in was simple, the prices are fair, and the whole experience has been stress-free. I wouldn’t trust my stuff anywhere else—this place is the real deal!

I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed, but Anaya really helped me out. She took the time to walk me through all the size units available and what I had to put in storage to make sure it was the right fit. That was 5 years ago before I lost everything without proper notification then to find out after, that it has been rummaged through by non-employees before it was either sold?? given away or just trashed. Not even one personal item/precious photos were held. "I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else but here." Safe, convenient, inexpensive, secure, clean, well maintained. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. I would give the 10 stars if possible. Keep up the great work.
